In Metus MAM, you have the option to force the users to enter mandatory metadata fields.  

Go to Project->Properties->Mandatory Metadata

  • You can set mandatory metadata for the whole project, or for the specific bins you select.
  • Please see Mandatory Metadata options- 3.7.1.0 for the project settings.
  • You can go to Bin Properties and select Use Custom Mandatory Metadata Options to adjust for individual bins.
