Metus MAM handles proxies in 3 different ways;

    • You can automatically create Proxies in MAM, while importing them to archive or library MAM projects. Please see Archiving Options - 4.0.0.0 
    • If you already have proxy files, you can import them automatically and MAM will tag them as proxies for the original files. Please see Proxy Naming Options - Proxy Options - 4.0.0.0
    • Or, you can manually create a proxy for any asset that is already in your MAM database. Asset right click menu/Proxy/Create Proxy. Please see Asset Commands - 4.0.0.0

       
    • You will see the default proxy profile in the settings window each time you try to create a proxy, you can change this profile with any of the supported formats each time. Please see SUPPORTED FORMATS and PROCESSES
