Categories are another way to sort your assets (in addition and cooperation with others), in some cases, category tagging and category search creates a significantly faster operation.
NOTE Â Please take note that ,category information is not kept as a metadata field for the assets. Category concept helps users to perform very quick searches and cataloging.
The category tree is provided with the system. Additional categories can be added to this tree by the user, depending on his needs and the workflow. To apply categories to the objects selected, the user needs to select the relevant category checks.
To ADD or EDIT Categories
 right click in category tab
Select Project Categories to manage your category catalog for the project. You can add, delete, edit and move your categories in the tree. You need to update the category list to activate the changes before closing the window.
