It means that frame rate of the selected profile doesn't match with frame rate of the source . You should check source and selected profile frame rates , the frame rates must be same to start capture. Or you can add Frame Rate Adapter (for different source and profile frame rates) from Video Filters at the preset settings menu . Please note that, there are many dedicated hardware based frame rate converter out in the market, and Metus INGEST is NOT a frame rate converter.

Though,
In Edit Profile window, you can add frame rate adapter under video filters tab. Again, this is not a frame rate converter, it simply drops or pads frames according to simple algorithms. With frame rate adapter option, you can capture an NTSC source into PAL profile, but the result may not meet professional needs.
