Ingest Logs

You can reach the Ingest Logs from Tools Menu by  clicking All Logs section.

At the opening All Logs window , there are sections ( Reports / Files ) as it seen below. When you click Reports button , All Logs window appears like the following.

Reports

There are three kind of reports at this window ( Information , Warning , Error ) . You can choose whichever you want or select three of them to list as reports.

Information : Information reports are used to have information about adding/starting/stopping/changing mode etc. actions , you can see some examples at the picture above . And it is shown with a blue symbol like this : 

Warning : Warning reports are used to warn the user about Ingest,  you can see some examples at the picture above. And it is shown with an orange symbol like this : 

Error : Error reports are used to see Ingest errors , you can see some examples at the picture above. And it is shown with a red symbol like this : 

You can choose an interval date or a filtering word ( like encoder , license , etc.) for displaying the Ingest Reports. After you complete the settings , click "List" button .

For example when you set interval Date to : From 13.05.2014 To 13.05.2014 and Filter to : encoder , you can display the reports which include the word "encoder" and the date "13.05.2014" .

Files

This section is to see the encoded files with their Format , Encoder Name , File Name , Duration , Size , Date.

You can choose an interval date or a filtering word ( like encoder , license , etc.) for displaying the Ingest Files. After you complete the settings , click "List" button .

For example when you set interval Date to : From 15.02.2013 To 18.02.2013 and Filter to : mpg , you can display the files and their information which include the word "mpg" and the date "18.02.2013" .

If you use right click on a file as it seen below , you can do this actions : Play / Delete / Open Containing Folder / Protect or Remove Protection .
