Peak Program Meter

Peak Program Meter (PPM) - You can enable or disable the peak meter for sources.

It is based on +0 dBVU  “SMPTE Alignment level”.

 Global PPM Label Settings:

  1. To configure Global “PPM Label” settings, Go to Options menu.

  2. Switch to Customize tab.

  3. Enable “Show PPM Labels” checkbox.

When you click the Apply button, the PPM Meter will appear as a layer on all source outputs. If you wish to configure the PPM label as source based, please scroll down the page.

Once you have activated the PPM label, it will appear as a layer on the output screen.

The PPM Label option can be also configured separately for each source.

In order to configure “PPM Label” source based:

  1. Go to Source > Options menu.

  2. Switch to Customize tab.

  3. Enable “Override Global Customize Option” checkbox.

  4. Enable “Show PPM Label” checkbox.

When you have enabled the PPM layer based on the selected source, The PPM meter will only be displayed on the output of the configured source.

You can also increase or decrease the opacity values by dragging the PPM Opacity slider to the right or left. (The default opacity value is %100 percent.)
