Metus MAM and XenData Workflow API Integration
Important Note: As of Metus MAM version 4.6.4.0, we have integrated with the XenData API service, therefore, the XenData Archive Service must be installed with the XenData Workflow API service!
Note: The XenData Workflow API service is not compatible with Metus MAM 4.6.3.0 and previous versions!
Before you begin the installations, please download the compatible XenData setup files from the XenData web site.

The XenData Archive Service and the XenData Workflow API Service must be installed on the same server!
XenData Server Installation
1. Run XenData Server setup file.
2. At the opening window click “I Agree” to accept Software License Agreement and click Next button.
3. At the opening window choose the "Custom" option and follow the instructions.
4. At the opening window Installation Complete click the Finish button, and XenData Server installation is completed.
5. And installation is completed, click Yes button to restart your system.
XenData Workflow API Installation
1. Run XenData Workflow API setup file.
2. At the opening window click “I Agree” to accept Software License Agreement and click Next button.
3. At the opening window choose the "Custom" option and follow the instructions.
Make sure that you have selected XenData Workflow API service from the list and disabled all other integrations;
4. At the opening window Installation Complete click the Finish button, and XenData Workflow API installation is completed.
*After the installations of the XenData Archive Service and the XenData Workflow API service is completed, To be able to start their services you need to apply their licenses!
Please apply the XenData Archive Service and the XenData Workflow API service licenses via "XenData License Administration Utility"
*After you have successfully installed the Metus Archive Service, XenData Archive Service, and the XenData API Workflow Service, you need to define Server Hostname or IP address to project settings!
In order to connect the Metus Archive Service and the XenData Workflow API with each other, please follow the below instructions;
1. Run Metus MAM Client.
2. Go to "Project > Properties > Others > Misc" menu.
3. Make sure that you have selected the "XenData" as a HSM Operator from "HSM Operator" menu.
4. Enter the XenData Workflow API Server Hostname or IP address in the "WorkFlow Server IP" box.
5. The default communication port is "3466"
6. To complete the integration click "OK" button.
