Database query traffic requires mostly RAM

64 GB for 10-20 user and less than 2 million assets;
128 GB for 20+ user and less than 5 million assets

HDD

140 GB SAS or SSD in RAID, less than 250K assets;
250 GB SAS or SSD in RAID, less than 500K assets;
500 GB SAS or SSD in RAID, less than a millon assets;
Note: DB disk must be physically separate from system disk

Metus Archive Server

In an enterprise system, MAS will run Metus Archive module which is the backbone of the whole system

Metus Image Matching Server

Metus Image matching server mainly requires RAM as the index information of the video is written on RAM
Each 1 hour of video takes approximately 1 MB RAM. Therefore, if you need to index 10.000 hrs of content, then server needs to have at least 10 GB RAM
