Windows XP Professional

 

1- Check if Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5 sp1 installed on the web server.

    Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs

 

 

 

2- Check if IIS is installed on the web server.

    Start -> Run -> inetmgr

    If you recieve a message like this you don’t have iis on your web server.

 

 

 

3- Install the C++ Runtime Redistrubutables.

    From the requirements folder install the C++ Runtime Redistrubutables in this order;

1-VC++ 2005 Redistrubutable

2-VC++ 2005 SP1 Redistrubutable

3-VC++ 2005 SP1 ATL Security Update

 

4- Register IIS

    From the requirements folder run the “RegIIS.bat” file.

 

5- Restart IIS.

    Start -> Run -> iisreset

 

6- Start the installer.

    After the setup has been completed restart IIS.

    Start -> Run -> iisreset

 

 

Windows XP Professional x64 Edition

 

1- Check if Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5 sp1 installed on the web server.

    Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs

 

 

 

2- Check if IIS is installed on the web server.

    Start -> Run -> inetmgr

    If you recieve a message like this you don’t have iis on your web server.

 

 

 

3- Install the C++ Runtime Redistrubutables.

    From the “Requirements” folder install the C++ Runtime Redistrubutables in this order;

        1-VC++ 2005 Redistrubutable

        2-VC++ 2005 SP1 Redistrubutable

        3-VC++ 2005 SP1 ATL Security Update

 

4- Register IIS to run in 32 bit mode

    Execute the “Register32Bit.bat” file in the “Requirements” folder.

 

5- Configure the Web Service Extentions.

    Open the IIS Manager: Start -> Run -> inetmgr

    Click “Web Service Extentions”

    Click all the Web Service Extentions on the right side and click Allow button.

 

 

Your Web Service Extentions configuration must look like this;

 

 

6- Restart IIS.

    Start -> Run -> iisreset

 

7- Start the installer.

    After the setup has been completed restart IIS.

    Start -> Run -> iisreset

 

 

Windows Server 2003

 

 

1- Check if Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5 sp1 installed on the web server.

    Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs

 

 

2- Check if IIS is installed on the web server.

    Start -> Run -> inetmgr

    If you recieve a message like this you don’t have iis on your web server.

4- If your have the 64 bit version of Windows; Register IIS to run in 32 bit mode

    Execute the “Register32Bit.bat” file in the “Requirements” folder.

    You can check the version by right clicking on “My Computer” and click properties.

 

5- If your have the 32 bit version of Windows; run the “RegIIS.bat” file under the requirements folder.

 

6- Configure the Web Service Extentions.

    Open the IIS Manager: Start -> Run -> inetmgr

    Click “Web Service Extentions”

    Click all the Web Service Extentions on the right side and click Allow button.

 

 

Your Web Service Extentions configuration must look like this;

 

 

 

7- Restart IIS.

    Start -> Run -> iisreset

 

8- Start the installer.

    After the setup has been completed restart IIS.

    Start -> Run -> iisreset

 

Windows Server 2008

 

1- Check if Microsoft .NET Framework v3.5 sp1 installed on the web server.

    Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs

 

 

 

2- Check if IIS is installed on the web server.

    Start -> Run -> inetmgr

    If you recieve a message like this you don’t have iis on your web server.

    Restart IIS; Start -> Run -> iisreset

    You can check the version by right clicking on “Computer” and click properties.

6- Start the installer , click Next buttons and select “Classic .NET AppPool” as Application Pool in the “Select Installation Address” step of the Setup.

     

 


7- After the setup has been completed restart IIS

     Start -> Run -> iisreset



Windows 7

 

1- Check if IIS is installed on the web server.

 

   

    Start -> Run -> inetmgr

    If you recieve a message like this you don’t have iis on your web server.

      Start -> Settings -> Control Panel

      Click “Turn Windows features on or off”.

      Enable “Turn on IIS6 Management Compatibility” options.

 


       Enable “.NET Extensitivity”, “ASP.NET”, “ISAPI Extentions”, “ISAPI Filters” options under the Internet Information Services -> World Wide Web Services -> Application Development Features

 

  

       Enable "Static Content" option under the  Internet Information Services -> World Wide Web Services -> Common HTTP Features

 

 

After the installation restart computer.

    Set the “Managed pipeline mode” to “Classic”

    Restart IIS; Start -> Run -> iisreset
