You can reach Safe Network Recording Settings tab by clicking Tools > Options > Safe Network Recording.
Safe Network Recording is used for option “Use Safe Copy”. Safe Copy option is encoding to a network path in a safe way such that Ingest will encode to a local temporary folder and few seconds after the encode started it will start copying to final network location.
