You will see the below error;
You will see the flashing 'If you lose the project file, click here to create' warning, which is pretty self-explanatory itself.
Enter SQL credentials and choose the SQL database - named after your project- , then click OK. MAM will create the project file again
IMPORTANT NOTE
This is also the best practice to create the project files for recently added clients in the network.
