- Please remove the previous version of Metus INGEST using Add or Remove Programs option in the Windows Control Panel.
- Delete the installation folder of previous versions from “...\Program Files\Metus Technology\Metus INGEST” folder
- Follow the instructions above for installing the new version of Metus INGEST.
