Source Overlay: The (X) Start and (Y) End sets the position of the overlay for the layouts.

Display Adapter: Please select the display adapter from the list you wish to use an output device.

Screen Layout: Please define default layout value for the newly created projects.

Statistics: It displays statistics information of the outputted file on the layoutsvideo renderer statistics on the left corner of each layout.
