You can view the full list of metadata fields either from Metadata tab/Menu/ All Fields  (Ctrl+Alt+F)

NOTE You can change the visible metadata fields from Project/Show Hide Fields or Metadata Tab/Menu/Show Hide Fields.That way, the users will only see the needed metadata fields for the project to avoid confusion and layout crowd. 

Only project admins can change the visibility of metadata fields.
