  •  First of all , check your which user is logged in . To check your Login user easily ;

    -Right click on the Taskbar > "Start Task Manager" .
    -At the opened Task Manager window choose the "User" tab. You will see which user is logged in.

  •  Then go to Control Panel > User Acoounts > Manage another account . Choose the user which you want to be set as Administrator , click to "Change the account type" .

  •  At the opening window choose the "Administrator" , then click to "Change Account Type" to save settings. And restart your pc to Log in as administrator with this user account.
